Gong Cha (Tribute Tea) originated a long way back at around 1000 BC in ancient China. Tea is usually offered as a tribute to the Emperor of China. Tribute tea, or Gong Cha, consumed by Chinese emperors is of the best quality collected throughout the kingdom. Since then, Gong Cha has expanded its bubble tea shops worldwide (in Singapore as well) to provide more and more customers their favourite drinks.
