Job Description

The position is an entry to mid-level position, where the individual must have past experience in commercial or industrial Architectural BIM Management and operation. Immediate responsibilities include:
-Perform highly detailed Architectural drawings using specialist computer-aided design (BIM/CAD) applications as directed by the Director or Team Leader.
-Those who have experience in architectural design/construction drawing or construction management.
-Proficient in operating BIM software (ArchiCAD, Revit etc.)
-BIM experience from architectural design to construction stage.
-Prepare as-built drawings while supporting team leaders. Support material and product research for projects.
-Ensure that all architectural plans are compliant with the codes and requirements specified by the permitting authority in the various cities and countries.
-Revise architectural drawings as marked and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are effected by any changes.
-Ensure established deadlines are met.
-Traveling regularly to building/facility sites, proposed locations and client meetings as required.
-Work closely with various departments of F&P Japan to create accurate drawings.
-Work closely and in coordination with Key Leaders, ensuring direction, support, coordination and results for the F&P Myanmar business.
-Participate in local events and associations gatherings to develop and strengthen the customer network/relationship.
-Develop and Coordinate with local real-estate, architect, and construction companies a good relationship to provide high quality service to our clients.
-Coordinating with F&P headquarters in Japanese and supporting team leaders.
-Coordinate the work of BIM team members and manage work quality and schedule.
-Communicate with BIM team members and create a comfortable working environment.

Job Requirement

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
-University Graduate.
-Minimum of 5+ years’ experience operating CAD (JW-CAD, AUTOCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit etc.)
-Good communication skill in Japanese (N2 or higher)
-Strong presentation skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Construction/Architect company experience in Myanmar is a big plus.
-English Language skill a plus.
