Job Description

The recruiting company is Logistic and Transport Company located in Thingangyun Tsp
-Recruiting and training new sales staff, way planning to other sales staff, and monitoring the logistic team's sales performance.
-Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
-Making appointment with potential enterprises/clients , presenting company logistic services , terms ,policy correctly and precisely .
-Gather information about the competition, consumer demographics, pricing, distributions, and other relevant information that would help a company know its position on the market.
-Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
-Maintaining positive customer relations.
-Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
-Develop business plans and market intelligence to sustain ongoing business growth
-Review competition and propose a structure and execute effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment
-Work closely with the other departments to align the company's sales, marketing, product & support strategies

Job Requirement

Job requirements
-A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
-Experience in sales is necessary.
-Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-Strong leadership abilities and complete monthly target aggressively.
-Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
