Job Description

The recruitment company is Manufacturing Company located in Mingalar Done.

Job Descriptions
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, taxation, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, loan activity etc
• Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports/statements
• Responsible for the development of policies, systems, special financial studies, etc of major importance.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and monitoring staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Job Requirement

Job Requirements
• Age 30 years and above.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience and preferable who experienced under Manufacturing services.
• B.Com, ACCA, CPA is preferable.
• Good command of English Language.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Team working skills
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise the department staffs
